The development will see the refurbishment of the partial refurbishment of old buildings along with the construction of brand new elements.
Ardcairn Capital is delighted to be supporting the delivery of 46 homes by Fair Valley Developments being built on a design and build basis by CField Construction at Fairfield Meadows.

Ardcairn Capital is happy to announce that it has provided funding to the Kavco Group which will see the delivery of 79 apartments at Brookfield Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 8.

Ardcairn Capital is delighted to close its latest deal in Cork which provided site funding to Bridgewater Construction for the purchase of a site at Waterfall, Bishopstown. Ardcairn will be providing working capital for the development of 275 homes on this site over the next 3 years.

Ardcairn Capital partnered with the Kavco Group to assist with the site purchase and working capital for the development of 4-storey apartment block.
This block, comprising 21 units in total, will be delivered to an Approved Housing Body.

He has 18 years’ experience in banking and finance and spent the early part of his career with Bank of Ireland and Investec, before becoming an equity fundraiser for development projects of all sizes; and so has experience of funding residential development projects across the full capital stack. Immediately prior to co-founding Cullaun Capital, Daire was Head of Structured Finance for a specialised residential development lender in the UK, where he delivered tailored funding solutions for high quality residential developers in the UK. He also previously worked in a finance role within a residential development company.
