275 New Homes in Waterfall in Cork
Ardcairn Capital is delighted to close its latest deal in Cork which provided site funding to Bridgewater Construction for the purchase of a site at Waterfall, Bishopstown. Ardcairn will be providing working capital for the development of 275 homes on this site over the next 3 years.
